Alert Conference

The Alert Conference service allows the initiator to call members in their group and bring them into a conference call. Using the IM-Notify mobile app people with team leader access are then able to control the conference and bring in additional people as required from the phone list. 

To create an alert conference call onetouch button:

Step 1 Navigate to the group with the list of members you wish to be invited to this conference

Select configure service

Name the conference what you wish and select dial in or dial out

*Note that dial in means that the members must dial in and be allowed access to the conference, whereas dial out means the members will be called automatically and joined to the conference.*

You may add a PIN if you wish, which will prompt the member for it on entering the conference.
