Removing a role will only remove the ‘role’, not the people associated with it in the system. For example, deleting a role we’ve called ‘teachers’ will only remove the role from the people within, and will not affect a person’s status within the system.

To remove the role, select the role using the steps in ‘Managing Roles’ and then select the trash can icon highlighted in the image below.
