Enabling

Enabling within the mobile app simply means enabling a member’s access to the mobile IM-Notify application. To enable someone’s access to the application, they must already be a member.
 
To enable access to the application:
 

Step 1 Navigate to their settings page through the people tab

Select the mobile app button next to their name

Select tab privileges the user will have

Select the user privileges the user will have

Select activate, then update

User Privileges

There are four user privileges that can be assigned to a mobile-app user.

No Role

No role means the user will have no privileges within the mobile app.

Receive Only

Receive only means the user will only be able to receive messages sent and view tabs they have been set to access. They will not be able to send messages, create new message threads or initiate conference calls.

Responder

Responder is the default and means the user will have access to parts of the application they have been given permission for and will be able to send and receive messages, as well as initiate conferences. They will not be able to create new message threads.

Team Leader

Team leader means the user will be able to create new topics or message threads as well as send and receive messages, initiate calls, and view tabs they have access to.
