Creating a new role is easy. Using roles simplifies managing people in IM-Notify.

After logging into the admin portal, select advanced menu on right as shown.

Click on the ‘+Add Roles’ option.

Complete the pop up Role form by entering a name, an optional description and clicking on OK.
