Onetouch buttons can be created for topics, which, when clicked on, will take the user directly to that group’s topic. To create a one touch button for a topic:

 Navigate to the group’s settings page

 Select ‘topics’ next to the group name

 Fill in the information necessary (name for the topic, the colour, the icon, and any template messages you wish to add)

 Select ‘button’ next to the topic name to create the onetouch button

 Select OK and then Update, and the onetouch button will be created

*NOTE: the ‘All Media’ button next to the name, if toggled, will send any messages to all media under a users name- phone number, email etc.*
