Onetouch buttons are the buttons on a user’s services tab on their mobile app interface. Onetouch buttons are useful for quickly navigating to a topic or text thread, and for starting conference calls through the app.

Onetouch buttons are directly linked to groups that you are a part of.

Onetouch buttons do one of three things:

• Take you directly to a text thread or topic
• Initiate a conference call
• Send a voice message to others without the mobile app
