Canned Messages allow the sender to pose a short question and designate the type of response they need from the people they are sending the message to. Responses range from “yes / no” through to minutes away and if we don’t have the exact responses you’re looking for, it is just a simple configuration to add your own! Once a canned message has been sent you can watch staff responding in real time. For those staff who may not have the app installed or don’t have a phone, message can be responded to from emails or SMS. So you’ll have everything covered!
